Marketing Coordinator

With seven years of experience in international development, Sapna works closely with the five business streams on marketing and business development across the whole spectrum of IMC activities.

Sapna’s main role is to identify and track potential business leads and follow up with directors and staff.

She maintains and updates the in-house marketing and prospect tracking database including: checking, entering and updating project data sheets, prospects, staff and contract staff CVs, information and contact details of organisations and associates; ensuring CVs are regularly updated by staff and associates; updating prospect information.

Sapna is also responsible for maintaining and updating marketing library and electronic files – capability statements, company information, prospects and proposals including  updates on company registrations with bi-lateral and multilateral agencies  – ADB Dacon, AfDB Dacon, DFID portal, WB eConsult.

She ensures marketing and promotional materials are up to date, readily available and easily accessible to staff. She also works with the communications and technical teams in the design and production of new marketing materials and liaises with external print/design companies.

Moreover, Sapna provides marketing and business development support to technical staff and directors in the UK and overseas.

 A key part of my role as Marketing Coordinator for IMC Worldwide is to track and identify new business leads, which is an important function that helps the company to continuously bid for new project opportunities, both in its core as well as in new business areas. This is an on-going task with every new business prospect a possibility for the continued success of IMC.”
