Niki Sayer

Contracts and QMS Manager, Project Management Unit

30 years’ of experience working in international development with a background in procurement and a focus on contractual guidance and quality management.

Niki joined the Project Management Unit as Senior Projects Officer, bringing over 15 years of experience providing contractual guidance and quality management with knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. 

Niki has experience in proving contractual advice, assistance and support with resolution of disputes and specialised requirements at bid and contract stage.

She has drafted, reviewed and maintained contract templates to ensure that they remain consistent and up-to-date in accordance with donor requirements.

Niki has experience in undertaking self-audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 accreditation requirements and preparing for external audits.

Prior to joining IMC, Niki worked for Crown Agents for over 30 years in a variety of roles. Her background was in procurement, both client and donor-funded including, the Department for International Development and the World Bank. Niki formely worked there as a Senior Practice Specialist in Contracts and Quality.

Niki has gained short term in-country experience in Bangladesh, Ghana, Japan, Kenya, Macedonia, Malawi, Nigeria, Singapore, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
