Working across UK government, IMC led the development of an evidence-based climate change risk assessment for each of the 14 UK Overseas Territories. This precursor to a full programme design identified the vulnerability of each territory to the effects of climate change and reviewed planned activities to mitigate these effects and favour low carbon development. The assessment examined over 150 data points as an input into an innovative Vulnerability Analysis Matrix that was later used for comparative analysis across each territory.
