The GET FiT (Global Energy Transfer Feed in Tariff) Programme is a pilot project designed to leverage private investment into Renewable Energy generation capacity in Uganda. IMC is establishing a results-based monitoring and evaluation framework designed to track outcomes and impacts of the GET FiT programme.
This involves detailed design of the M&E Framework consistent with ICF and other international climate and LCD indicators, development of an M&E Toolkit of data collection and reporting methods for project implementers, and design and delivery of the baseline survey to include end-users, financiers and the banking sector, private sector generation agents, government and other key stakeholders.
