The 18 -month programme aims to generate quantitative and qualitative evidence about the outcomes of DFID’s WASH Portfolio in 2011-2015, addressing issues of sustainability and targeting, as these apply to domestic water supply and household sanitation in rural areas.
The evaluation will look at 15 different countries spread across Africa and Asia with multiple local partners. The contract value is £2 million.
