IMC Worldwide has been selected to evaluate a rural economic and argricultural growth programme in Tajikistan.

This evaluation came through the DFID GEFA Framework. GREAT is a £20 million project funded by the UK Department for International Development (DFID) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and aims to

  • improve the business enabling environment
  • support private sector-led approach to providing farmers with access to agricultural inputs, technologies, advice and markets
  • improve access to financial products
  • enhance revenues from cross-border and transport corridor economic activities

IMC will conduct the independent evaluation of the performance of the GREAT programme to make recommendations for its next phase.
