IMC Worldwide is tracking an opportunity to provide MEL support to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) Conflict Security and Stability Fund (CSSF). The Fund now delivers 90 programmes across 70 countries, most of which are fragile or conflict-affected states (FCAS). CSSF is undertaking higher risk, innovative interventions as part of its highly responsive and adaptive portfolio, in support of HMG’s national security objectives. The purpose of this project is to drive effective and evidence-based programme delivery and decision-making, ensuring that lessons are gathered and used to inform portfolio management, in support of HMG strategic objectives and in line with international best practice.
The primary objective of this support is (1) to strengthen quality assuring programme level results management (2) to expand MEL network capability, tools and learning experiences (3) to fund level results management and evaluation (4) to provide contextual research and analysis focussed at portfolios.
We are seeking to identify a highly experienced and qualified Team Leader to include in our proposal who will lead and deliver this large, Foreign and Commonwealth (FCO) funded programme. This will be a full-time role during the inception phase (approximately 3 months) with the level of input gradually reducing as the project moves into implementation. This project will offer the opportunity for the right candidate to be creative and innovative as well as an opportunity to work on a large project with a variety of partners and stakeholders. The period of implementation of the programme is 36 months and the likely date of commencement is 2019.
