Recruitment Assistant/Administrator – International Recruitment Team

Permanent position, Full-Time, United Kingdom

We are looking for a motivated school leaver to join our UK-based International Recruitment Team. 

This is an entry-level role and will provide the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of international development as well as recruitment.

The successful candidate will provide support to the International Recruitment Manager, technical teams and regional teams in all aspects of the recruitment process.

You will be joining a small friendly team who work collaboratively together to deliver exceptional service.

The role

  • In consultation with colleagues assist with the recruitment of consultants for international projects and proposals.
  • Arrange interviews, correspond with candidates and undertake reference checks, ensuring that all information is stored on our central system.
  • Keep the recruitment database updated.
  • Place job advertisements on social media sites, etc.
  • Monitor the consultant recruitment in-box.
  • Contribute to the expansion of IMC’s specialist consultant CV pool.
  • Provide additional support as required.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong A level results (at least BBC)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Location

The role is based in our head office in Redhill. We are a short walk from Redhill train station, which has direct links to London (around 30 minutes to London Victoria) and the South Coast.
