Nikhita is a culturally aware professional, having lived and worked in the UK, Spain, Belgium, America, Singapore, India, Australia, Peru and more. Nikhita strives to effect social impact around the world.
She works as part of the Frameworks team at IMC Worldwide where she responds to business development opportunities, developing project bids and proposals.
Prior to working for IMC, Nikhita partook in a consulting project for the Interamerican Development Bank in Peru. The consultancy saw the team propose digital solutions to enhance profit maximisation and the sustainability of Peru’s coffee industry.
Nikhita also previously worked as a policy analysis intern, contributing to proposals and research papers on behalf of the European Commission and other clients.
Before completing her master’s degree, Nikhita was employed as a marketing professional by the Scottish Government’s Events Directorate. She gained exposure to the implementation of national brand building and large-scale events, such as the Ryder Cup 2014 and Commonwealth games.
Nikhita completed her Master’s degree in International Affairs, specialising in urban and social policy. During this time, she learned about the governance of 21st century cities across the globe, including those within low and middle-income countries.
Nikhita fluently speaks English, Hindi, Spanish and intermediate French.
