Michael leads the development of organisational partnerships, programme innovation, and corporate strategy for programmes with the UN, international organisations, NGOs and other companies to improve the implementation of humanitarian aid and development programming projects.
He works with partners to build on established M&E strategies, streamline data flows and analysis systems, facilitate access to key information, knowledge, reporting and data in a fast, reliable and secure manner. This has included work with a wide array of partners on programming in more than 40 countries.
Michael has led various recent engagements, including programme and organisational evaluations; organisational adoption of ICT-based M&E systems; mobile data collection via online forms, SMS, IVR and other tools; project monitoring and indicator development; and M&E system design and strategy development.
