Katie has twelve years of experience in programme management and business development including a good track record of bid mangement/writing. She has good understanding of the procedures, guidelines, programme objectives and imperatives of development partners, particularly DFID.
She has extensive knowledge of multilateral and bilateral donor procurement and national government procedures together with development of best practice procedures, under a number of donor funded programmes. Katie is currently the UK Programme Manager for two of IMC’s largest programmes in South and South East Asia.
Prior to joining IMC, Katie worked at Crown Agents successfully managed the DFID funded Africa Community Access Programme (value £12 million), which twice scored A++ in the DFID Annual Review, and the World wide Trade Advocacy Fund (value £15 million).
She has worked in challenging and high pressure environments, including Nigeria, Pakistan, South Sudan and Afghanistan.
