At IMC Katie is responsible for the administration and coordination of HR documentation and information.
Having previously worked in Human Resources in both the private and third sectors, Katie joined us from YMCA East Surrey. During her 3 years at the charity she was responsible for supporting the HR function and assisted in the implementation and maintenance of a new HR system.
Prior to this, Katie spent 12 years in a fast paced commercially driven environment, where she built a solid knowledge of HR practices and procedures. Responsibilities have included supervising the front end payroll process, the complete recruitment cycle, assisting with TUPE transfers, staff consultation, disciplinary and grievance processes, producing reports, improving administration systems and ways of working and assisting on various HR projects.
Katie brings a wealth of experience to this role and relishes supporting the HR strategy move further forward.
