James is a Senior Consultant in economics and finance with international experience and a proven track record in programme management, transaction advisory services, policy reform and capacity building for infrastructure and private sector development.
He is currently working as the Performance Monitoring and Verification Manager on the DFID Rural Access Programme in Nepal, working with Government Ministries, International Donors, NGOs and the Private Sector to improve asset management of economic infrastructure; employment creation and income generation; capacity and institutional development; and disaster resilience across the country.
With an educational background and professional experience in financial and economic analysis, planning, management and evaluation, James is now leading the development of service offerings at IMC on Value for Money, Payment by Results, Anti-Corruption, Innovative Financing Mechanisms and FAST Standard Financial Modelling.
