Etienne Lwamba

A recent graduate with a passion for International Development and Governance issues in developing countries.

After a successful internship, Etienne joined the Global Programmes team where he provides support to the processes of Business Development and to the implementation of  multi-regional projects.

Etienne has a Master’s degree from Sciences Po Lille, specialising in Conflicts & Development.

During his Master’s degree, he developed a strong interest in the political and economic governance in developing countries and  wrote his Master thesis about the election processes in Sub-Saharan Africa. This cursus gave him valuable knowledge in development economics, international cooperation and development policies.

He joined IMC after an internship with PwC in Morocco, where he focused on the management of energy resources in French-speaking Africa.

At IMC, Etienne has been involved in the production of EOIs and Proposal and supports the design, management and implementation of multi-regional and international development programmes.

Originally from France, Etienne is a native french speaker, is fluent in English and Spanish and has notions of Swahili and Arabic.
