Chloe originally joined IMC as an intern, where she provided support company-wide to resources, expressions of interest and proposals.
Since then, she has moved to the Inclusive Growth team where her main focus has been on private sector development.
In particular, Chloe’s efforts have been focused on XL Africa, a World Bank-funded pan-African post-accelerator programme. She is providing technical support, as well as assisting with the monitoring and evaluation design. In addition to XL Africa, Chloe has been involved in the DFID-funded Connect to Grow programme.
Chloe has a particular interest in conflict-affected states and the use of technology to encourage development.
‘With development comes equality, and with equality, peace and prosperity can flourish globally.’
