Catherine is a evidence based learning, M&E, programme strategy and organisational development professional with over 18 years of management. Her area of expertise cover facilitate learning within and across organisations; review, design and implementation of M&E systems to enhance programme effectiveness, quality assurance and overall accountability; evaluation of programmes ( Impact Assessment, Strategic and Operational reviews and Thematic ; Design and delivery of training programmes.

She has worked across a number of sectors ranging from local governance, gender, education, public health, humanitarian programmes, security sector reform  & civil society development. Her clients have included UNDP,UNICEF, FAO, WFP, USAID, DFID, KPMG, DANIDA, Oxfam, Care international and World Vision
