Brian is a development professional with 20 years of experience managing and providing technical assistance to a substantial range of multidisciplinary humanitarian and development programming.
In addition to his experience as a programme/project manager with a wide range of organisations, Brian is skilled in the development and use of analytical frameworks and quantitative and qualitative research methodologies for evidence-based research at programmatic and international levels.
Brian has extensive field-based experience in designing and implementing a range of data collection, analysis and presentation tools. He brings a participatory approach to the development, implementation, and evaluation of development and humanitarian frameworks, strategies, and responses at local, national and global levels.
As Programme Manager at IMC USA, he is responsible for the management of, and participation in, teams conducting assignments in a range of disciplines. He leads the development of assignment methodologies, tools, analytical frameworks, workplans and development of analyses and reports for clients from donors agencies, UN agencies, IFIs and INGOs.
Brian’s geographical experience includes Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Africa, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and South and Southeast Asia.
