Adele Monk

HR Manager

Over 30 years HR experience gained across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

Adele joined IMC midway through 2015 creating a new Human Resource function.

Prior to joining IMC, Adele had worked across all sectors: working as HR Manager within a charity, HR Manager at a college and also working as a Regional Business Partner within a large retail chain and within distribution centres.

Adele’s wealth of expertise includes areas such as strategic policy and direction, change and improvements, policies and procedures, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Performance management, Employee Benefits and Health and Wellbeing.

The HR team has continued to grow over the last few years and we now consists of an HR Officer and HR Assistant to support the important work our business units carry out.
