Liberia: Monitoring / supervision of Liberia Road Asset Management Project

The Liberian Government’s long-term aim was to reduce transport costs along the road corridor from Monrovia to the Guinea border and to maintain the road in good condition over a 10-year period. To this end, the Government implemented a programme of output performance-based road contracts.

IMC Worldwide was engaged to provide short term assistance for the review of designs and other documents relating to the design & build contract for the Lot 1: Red Light to Gbarnga Road Upgrading Project (180 kms).
