Permanent position, Full-Time, United Kingdom
Could you help developing countries transition to a secure, simplified, transparent and predictable trading environment, one which encourages inclusive economic growth and poverty alleviation for example through developing streamlined border management arrangements as well as boosting the prospects for local exports and entrepreneurship?
Do you have deep experience in the delivery of quality and impactful capacity building support to government and private sector stakeholders based on your extensive professional knowledge of designing international development solutions and the practical application – at the strategic and operational level – of key global best practice such as the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement, the WCO Revised Kyoto convention and the UN/CEFACT recommendations?
IMC Worldwide is a key contributor – both in the design and delivery – of capacity building and research studies to Middle Income Countries under the UK’s cross-government Prosperity Fund managed by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) which includes the £150 million Global Trade Programme. We anticipate that this work area will continue to grow along with opportunities from the related programmes of other international donor partners.
Please submit your CV and covering letter to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining clearly why you are interested in this role and working for IMC, the skills and experiences you can bring to it, and how your experience meets the person specification. Your covering letter should also include your salary expectations.
Applications will be reviewed on an on-going basis, so it is recommended you apply as soon as possible.
