Do you want the opportunity to work with a committed and talented team who work hard and deliver outstanding results? The Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Team is looking for committed and ambitious individuals to help build the business and deliver our programme of work.

The Senior Consultant will support the development of IMC’s rapidly growing international Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) portfolio, working on free standing M&E related activities and collaboratively across the business to further develop the M&E portfolio with a wide range of clients in all the firm’s main areas of business. This will involve identifying opportunities, developing proposals, providing consultancy services and project management.

IMC are involved in a wide range of M&E activities: including the design and delivery of M&E frameworks (theory of change, logframe, indicators, monitoring plans, data collection/analysis) and standalone programme evaluations (theory based, quasi experimental and mixed methods approaches).

We are seeking strong M&E credentials in a range of technical areas, with an immediate requirement for those involved or with an interest in infrastructure, finance, transport, livelihoods, SMEs, climate change and environmental management. IMC are at the forefront of methodological development in several emergent fields and the preferred candidate will also be encouraged to contribute to IMC’s thought leadership in these areas.
