The Consultant will support the development of IMC’s rapidly growing international Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) portfolio. You will be working on free standing M&E related activities and collaboratively across the business to further develop the M&E portfolio with a wide range of clients.
You will help identify opportunities, develop proposals, facilitate provision of consultancy services and project manage.
You will be involved in a range of M&E activities: including the design and delivery of M&E frameworks (theory of change, logframe, indicators, monitoring plans, design of tools and data collection/analysis) standalone programme evaluations (theory based, quasi experimental and mixed methods approaches) and, delivering better learning from M&E.
If you have experience in MEL in an international development context from an NGO, consulting company (including IMC), think tank, we want to hear from you.
